Although I still feel unchanged in so many ways, birthdays are here to remind you about the fact that you are getting older. I tend not to celebrate in any extravagant way, but somehow this time around is different. There’s no round year or anything more than that I just feel like it. To make this years birthday a bit more special, ‘Bianca style’.

Fresh air is never wrong. With Regent’s Park on our doorstep I’m hoping for both a hired paddle boat and a picnic basket with a bottle of Bollinger, for two.
To end a perfect day, Galvin La Chapelle in City has a mouthwatering tasting menu, with wine pairings, served in beautiful surroundings.
This is of course a dream celebration… Delivery might wake me up early, we might find ourselves out of coffee beans, it rains so no boat trip in Regents Park…
However, there will be a birthday song and candles to blow. And a lovely table is booked at above mentioned restaurant (what to wear!?). Bring on 23.august and another exciting year!
