Inspired by ‘Smiths’ of Smithfield, ‘Smiths’ Spitalfields is an all-day dining venue celebrating the best of British, bringing the unbeatable taste of British meat to their diners. After having to close down due to a fire the Smiths team was super excited to host a fantastic relaunch party last night, with a aim to top the successful launch party back in September 2013. Live music, DJ, burgers on the bbq, the most delicious meat, refreshing bubbly and sublime cocktails…
We started at the top, with a private room for drinks and canapés parties or for sit down dinners (up to 38 people).
Then there’s the Smiths restaurant (we made a booking straight away and can’t wait to go again next week!)
On ground floor you’ll find a bar, breakfast and terrace area -great for after work meet ups!
And there’s a stylish cocktail bar with live music in the basement -and a mouth watering cocktail menu!
We were invited to attend both cocktail making classes and also a butcher course by executive chef Tony Moyse.
There were drinks and lots of yummy food -all meat of course!
The Smiths at Spitalfields is all about real food that can be enjoyed in a rustic quintessential british environment.
And we met some fellow food lovers, f.l my hubby together with Dominic from SamphireAndSalsify.com and his lovely friend.
